Is this course a replacement for therapy?

This course should not serve a substitute or replacement for therapy. We do believe that the rhythms and habits that you work to establish through this course are a great complement to a well-rounded emotional wellness lifestyle, including therapy sessions or 12 step groups. We have seen that connecting with and building a healthy personal and professional local support network is a vital part of any emotional wellness journey.

Each day you will receive a 5-minute video from one of Onsite's world-class team members.

Will I be in contact 1 on 1 with the clinical team?

While you will not be in direct contact with Onsite's Clinical Team, you can interact with other participants through the comment function and by accessing Onsite's exclusive new community platform.
