Many of us think of our feelings as being out of control, but in reality, we have to know them and acknowledge them to be IN control of them.
Becoming Emotionally Smart will help you recognize your emotions, understand where they are coming from, and harness them in ways that unlock your potential.

I didn’t grow up in a family that “did emotions.” I didn’t even know how to name what I was feeling, let alone know what to do with those emotions. This class felt like something we should have all learned growing up, but didn’t. Grateful for the tools I’m now equipped with.

Who is it for?
Becoming Emotionally Smart is for anyone looking to better understand their emotions and how they have the power to unlock potential in our lives. Many of us were taught that our emotions were a liability, so we go through life trying to minimize or avoid them. But in the end, avoiding your emotions is much more exhausting than feeling them. When you leave your feelings unaddressed, they take a toll on our emotional, mental, relational, and even physical health.
You can’t afford to ignore them anymore. It’s time to start understanding your emotions and the power they have to unlock your potential.
Who teaches the class?
