How do I access my course?
You can access all your courses by logging into your learning platform here. When you log in, you’ll be taken to your personalized dashboard home and all your courses on the right top. If you do not see your course, reach out to the Onsite team at support@onsiteworkshops.com.
How long will I have the course?
You’ll have access to the course within your learning platform for the lifetime of the product.
How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking “forgot password” on the learning platform log-in page here. If you are having trouble, reach out to support@onsiteworkshops.com and the team can manually reset your password.

Is my course a replacement for therapy?
Onsite’s courses are not intended to provide therapy or be a replacement for any therapeutic involvement of a participant in the course. While the guide providing instruction is a licensed therapist in their respective state, they are not providing therapy in this course. By registering for an Onsite course, you are agreeing that no therapist/client relationship is being formed between you and the guide providing instruction in the class or between you and Onsite.
What is the Onsite Community?
The Onsite Community is an interactive place to connect with like-minded individuals on their own emotional wellness journey. When added to any of our courses, you receive access to the Onsite Community. Inside the community, you’ll find spaces to dive deeper into your course, engage with the Onsite team, and access exclusive events and resources.
Who can see my comments?
Within the open community spaces – Onsite Social Community, Announcements, resources with The Library, and Say Hello, anyone who is a member of the community can see and interact with your comments.
Within your specific course community, only other members of that course can see and interact with your comments.
What if I have questions?
If you have any questions about your course access, functionality, the Onsite Community, etc., you can reach out to the Onsite team at support@onsiteworkshops.com.
Where can I find additional emotional and mental health support?

Will I be in contact one on one with the Onsite team?
Members of the Onsite team will be interacting within the community and monitoring comments. However, Onsite’s Community is not intended to provide therapy or be a replacement for any therapeutic involvement. By joining the Onsite Community, you are agreeing that no therapist/client relationship is being formed between you and Onsite.

Can I access my courses on my phone?
You can access your course on your phone through the Circle app found in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You’ll then be prompted to log in with the credentials you’ve set up.
What do I have access to within the community?
In addition to access to a designated space dedicated for conversation and engagement specifically about your course(s), you’ll also have access to Onsite’s growing library of emotional wellness resources including articles, podcasts, exercises, videos, and more!
What if I don’t have access to my course space or accidentally created two accounts?
If you don’t see your course, or would like to combine accounts under one email, reach out to the Onsite team at support@onsiteworkshops.com
