Right now, it seems like everyone is experiencing some level of loss, pain, or hurt. We're grieving the loss of life, the loss of relationships, the loss of unfulfilled hopes and dreams. We're all grieving something and most of us are grieving several things.
Individually and collectively we have a lot to grieve. And while grief can feel overwhelming or all-consuming, there is hope.
The grief process is something our body naturally does to help us navigate the complexity of loss, heartache, and pain—creating room for us to heal.
The Ways We Grieve will help normalize your experience with grief, give you insight as to how we grieve, and invite you into a place of hope, peace, and wisdom.

My grief has felt like a heavy blanket that I’ve tried to shed for years. This class helped me identify it wasn’t something I had to move on from, but to move through and forward with it.

"We don't move on from grief, we move forward with it."
— Nora McInerny
When faced with loss and hardship, many of us try to "move on" and carry on with life. But the truth is if we don't grieve, our bodies will. Whether we wish to or not, we need to fully grieve our losses in order to move forward toward health and healing.
The Ways We Grieve will guide you in the universal and biological process that we all experience when grieving and help you navigate your journey in a whole new way as you move through and forward with your grief.
